Shipping Time: We will make every effort to process and ship your order as promptly as possible upon receiving it. Typically, your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays. If you place your order after 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, it will be processed on the following business day.
7 to 14 business days:
USA, UK, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea.

7 to 21 business days:
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Western and Northern Europe.

Shipping Confirmation:
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your purchased items are dispatched, allowing you to track the shipment status. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and the delivery location.

SHIPPING:
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the amount of the order. If your order amount is more than 20$, then your order enjoys free shipping, if your order amount is not more than 20$, then you need to pay 5$ for shipping.

Wrong address:
We are not responsible for the cost of re-delivery if an order is undeliverable to the wrong address. If you wish to have your parcel re-delivered to the correct address, please let us know and we will send you an invoice including shipping costs

Customs and taxation:
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
