Return Policy:

If there are any of the following problems with the product, please contact us for assistance
Quality problem: This includes broken or deformed nails, air bubbles on nails, decorations falling off, etc.
Delivery problems: this includes products damaged or lost in transit.
Order Error: wrong products are sent, such as the size and color do not match the size you purchased as well as the style.

We do not offer refunds except in the cases mentioned above. Due to hygiene issues and the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept refund requests for subjective customer reasons (e.g. wrong size ordered, dissatisfaction with product appearance).

We encourage you to read product descriptions, sizing guides and contact our customer support team before purchasing to ensure that the product you choose meets your needs and expectations.

Cancellations: Cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, although generally no refunds, exchanges or cancellations are offered. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us for support.

Disclaimer: We endeavour to edit photos to accurately reflect your nail color. However, the actual color may vary due to different screens and lighting. All items are handmade and may have minor variations or imperfections such as fibers, glitter or bubbles. Please understand that these are natural features of handmade products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you and let you know if you approve the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded according to the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail a refund.
